The nominees are announced to the BAFTA GAMES AWARDS 2022 Awards

Although 2022 seems a great year for video games, 2021 will be a difficult year to overcome. Throughout the year, several fantastic games were released, including successes such as Halo infinito, Resident Evil Village and terror Metroide. On April 7, the Game Awards of the British Academy will surrender homage to these titles and many more. Today, the group announced the candidates for 16 different categories. The usual followers of the BAFTA Games Awards will notice that this year two categories are missing: Artist on a leading role and artist on a secondary role. The nominees for those two categories will be announced "in the coming weeks".

It will be interesting to see which games end up taking what categories! There are many really strong games nominated this year, including several who won prizes at The Game Awards.
