As part of this commitment, we take steps to annul thousands of keys that have been obtained in a dishonest way to disrupt the gameplay. If you think that New World has been removed from your Steam account by mistake, which is possible, contact us to fix this problem.

We remind you that New World should be bought only from one of our two authorized sellers (Amazon and Steam). This is the only way to ensure that the key you have is authentic and works correctly. Watch out for all other parties that claim that they sell New World keys. We do not support keys sold by external sellers because they are often obtained as a result of fraud.

Question - if someone is playing with VPN and buy New World through Steam from the region, eg Argentina (paying PLN 45 instead of PLN 142), is also counted as a cheater?

And what about people who report other players without understanding them from PvP wars (a large number of applications equal to automatic Ban for 24 hours - we wrote about it here ). What about them? After all, it is also a kind of scam that should be severely punished.

Unfortunately, there is no word about solving this issue in the communication.
