New MMORPG from Perfect World Shows First Gameplay

The new MMORPG from Perfect World is called World of Jade Dynasty (PC) and should continue to lead the switched off Jade Dynasty. It relies on the latest techniques such as raytracing and now shows up-to-date gameplay for the first time.

What is this for a MMORPG? The makers of Perfect World have already announced the new MMORPG World of Jade Dynasty in 2015. To explain what that is actually, we have to make a little. We summarize together for you:

• The studio behind Perfect World Operation, among other things, since 2007 the MMORPG Jade Dynasty, which was last for 11 years
• Jade Dynasty was set in 2018 and closed as there should be massive revisions
• The development divided into World of Jade Dynasty and Jade Dynasty 2
• Both should play in the same universe, but address different player groups
• Jade Dynasty 2 should become a mobile MMORPG
• World of Jade Dynasty, in turn, should come with a latest technology and be PC-exclusive for the time being. A console release is still in the room.
• Perfect World Entertainment wants to do a favor with this step all players and deliver a perfectly tailored variant of Jade Dynasty

What is new? As part of the ChinaJoy 2021, the developer now showed up-to-date gameplay by World of Jade Dynasty. That looks graphically appealing, but has shown us relatively little from the actual game.

At the setting, nothing has happened, you still move in the age-ancient China from the first part of Jade Dynasty through an open-world, do quests and suggests in the PVP.

What you can see new things is an MMORPG, which can represent many details thanks to current technology and development with PC focus. In the gameplay trailer, for example, even jumping sparks on the floor are recognizable after a lightning impact, as well as individual stones on a gravel path.

When can I play? World of Jade Dynasty should start 2022 for PC, but for now only in China. When we may ultimately face the game is not clear yet. Generally, the developer did not comment on a release in the West yet.

However, both Perfect World and the original Jade Dynasty have been available or available with us, so it is well conceivable that World of Jade Dynasty will also appear with us.
