Destiny 2's DLC Nightfall was finally launched, and along with it comes a new species of characters known as Cloud Striders. Throughout his trip in Nominal, he will meet a couple of cloudstriders along the way, one of which is Nimbus, the young Cloud Spider in training. That said, some players are confused about who is a Nimbus is and their role in history. So today, let's talk who is a Nimbus is in Destiny 2. However, what exactly is a Cloud Spider, and what makes them different from the guardians, for example? In a nutshell, Cloud Striders are cybernetically improved humans who have the task of protecting Nominal. Essentially, with the power of advanced technology, the Cloud Striders are the next stage of human evolution, and Nimbus is the last of the long list of Cloud Striders that preceded it. Throughout the campaign, we learn that Nimbus is an imprudent character who lives for the emotion of the fight and wants to be a hero who defends his home. However, his mentor, Rohan, helps keep them under control until his eventual death, which leaves Nimbus to take a step forward and start maturing. Now, Nimbus is our main supplier in Nominal and assigns us several tasks with the hope of continuing to defend the city of the forces of Calls and The Witness.
